Order Lead Time:
Please order 7 days in advance of the date of delivery / collection, in order for our preparation.
Full Month Packages/ Baby Shower Packages: Minimum order of 10 boxes is required.
Door Gifts: Minimum order of 20 boxes or $50.00
Delivery to one location is complimentary for orders $200.00 & above, subjected to availability.
Delivery charge per location is $20.00, subjected to availability.
Delivery to Tuas or Sentosa will incur a surcharge of $15.00.
We do not delivery to Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase or Airline Road.
Delivery timing is between 12pm to 4pm (daily except Public Holidays) unless otherwise stated. The delivery timing cannot be fixed but we will endeavor to deliver within the delivery time stated.
Please note that requests for specific delivery timing will be subjected to availability of time slots.
Please ensure that someone is around to receive the packages if delivery is arranged, otherwise the packages will be sent back, and subsequent delivery will be charged at $20.00.
Additional surcharge of $5 is applicable for delivery within the CBD area.
For delivery to office building, shopping area or within CBD area, arrangement will be made for customer/contact person to collect the packages at a pick up point (eg. Building lobby, drop off point).
Full Payment has to be made upon receipt of the packages, cakes and items.
50% deposit for order of 50 boxes and above. (non-refundable)
Modes of payment include cash or cheque.
Packages, cakes and items delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery / collection.
Amendments & Cancellation Charges:
STRICTLY no amendments will be allowed 3 working days prior to delivery / collection.
As the packages and gift cards are personalized, all orders placed are final and any changes and cancellations will be charged accordingly. A cancellation surcharge will apply as follows:
50% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 72 hours.
100% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours.
A processing fee of $50 will be charged if any cancellation is done after we have sent an email confirming the order, even if the notice is more than 72 hours.
We advise that all fresh food products are to be consumed on the same day of delivery / collection. Otherwise, please store them in the refrigerator immediately.
We will not be responsible for the product condition if left without proper storage or refrigeration after delivery.
Product designs, colours & interior layout of food are subject to minor variations, final presentation may differ slightly from pictures shown.
Some food / gift items are subject to stock availability. We seek your understanding if substitution of other food / gift item is required. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to delivery.
